What exactly do I receive after purchase?
Two files delivered as a zip download: 1. Excel model (.xlsm) — macro-enabled 2. User Guide PDF Download link sent immediately to your email. Create an account for permanent redownload access.
Do I need any special software to open the model?
Microsoft Excel 2016 or later — Windows or Mac. Google Sheets will not work — macros required. No additional plugins needed.
Can I edit the model?
Yes — fully editable. All input cells are highlighted in yellow with blue text. Replace every highlighted cell with your own project data. Outputs update automatically.
Is this model accepted by banks?
Every Parxium model is built to the standard required by GCC commercial banks, SIDF, UAE development banks, and African development finance institutions. We do not guarantee approval — output quality depends on the accuracy of your inputs.
What if the model has errors or doesn't work?
14-day full refund if the model contains broken formulas or errors. Email info@parxium.com with your order number.
Can I use this model for multiple projects?
No — Single Project Licence. One model, one project, one buyer. For multi-project use — contact us for partner pricing at info@parxium.com
I am a consultant — can I use this for my clients?
Yes — you can use the model to prepare a feasibility study for one client project. For ongoing client work — ask about our consultant partner programme. Email info@parxium.com
Which geography is this model built for?
Each model is built for a specific geography — shown clearly on every product page. KSA models use SAR, Zakat, and SIDF format. UAE models use AED and DEWA references. Check the product page before purchasing.
Can I get a sample before buying?
Yes — click Preview Model on any product page. Enter your email and we send a watermarked sample PDF showing the model structure and quality.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund within 14 days if: - Model contains broken formulas - Files are corrupted or undownloadable No refund for change of mind or incorrect product selection. Email info@parxium.com with order number.
