Every Parxium model is built to the standard GCC commercial banks, SIDF, UAE development banks, and African development finance institutions demand — the hardest standard there is, which is why the same model serves investors, boards and JV partners too. We do not guarantee approval — output quality depends on the accuracy of your inputs.

Our Calculation Accuracy Guarantee: we correct, free of charge, any defect that materially affects calculation output — a broken formula, an incorrect cell reference, or a computational error — for the life of your licence. Report it to hello@parxium.com with your order number. Cosmetic issues (spelling, labelling, formatting) are addressed in later versions (see our Terms).

Each model is built for a specific geography — shown clearly on every product page. KSA models use SAR, Zakat, and SIDF format. UAE models use AED and DEWA references. Check the product page before purchasing.

Yes — every live model page has a "Download sample PDF" link. It is ungated (no email required) and shows the full watermarked model structure and quality. Prefer to feel how the numbers move? Try the interactive live model preview on the homepage and on any live model page.

No. Every model ships complete on structure — the calculation logic, three financial statements, financing, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and the lender metrics — and blank on every input cell. It contains no market data, benchmarks, or pre-loaded assumptions. You supply every figure and the model does the analysis. You're buying the architecture, not the data.

Comfortable typing numbers into highlighted cells is enough. You don't build formulas — they're already built and locked into the structure. Intermediate Excel is plenty, and the User Guide walks you through which cells to fill.

Prices are shown in USD. Paddle is our merchant of record — at checkout it adds any VAT, GST, or sales tax due in your country and shows it before you pay. Your tax invoice for the model is issued by Parxium (OPC) Private Limited; Paddle's receipt covers the tax it collected. Indian buyers: GST is handled by Paddle as merchant of record.

Paddle. As merchant of record, Paddle handles the transaction, currency conversion, and tax, and is what appears on your card statement. Parxium issues the invoice for the model itself.

Nothing — you populate the model on your own computer, and your project figures never reach us. We hold only your account and order details, described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell buyer data.

Each model page shows when it was last updated. If we correct a defect in a model you bought, you receive the corrected file. We don't retroactively push feature changes — your download is the version you purchased.

Tell us your project. If it matches a model already in our library, it is delivered in 48 to 72 hours. A new industry-and-geography combination is built to order and delivered once we have confirmed the scope. Either way, it is reviewed in full before it reaches you.

Every tier includes an implementation call — length depends on tier (see Pricing). Enterprise models include a review service: a 60-minute onboarding call, a 90-minute review of your populated model, and a written assumptions review within 5 business days. The full scope is in our Terms.

Models are digital files delivered immediately, and are non-refundable once downloaded. Instead, our Calculation Accuracy Guarantee covers you: we correct, free of charge, any defect that materially affects calculation output, for the life of your licence. No refund for change of mind, an unsuitable model, or results arising from your own inputs. EU/UK consumers: by downloading you request immediate delivery and waive the statutory right of withdrawal.
