Refunds & Corrections

Models are supplied as digital files and delivered immediately on completion of payment. Purchases are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.

Parxium undertakes to correct, at no cost to the buyer, any defect in a supplied model that materially affects calculation output, including broken formulas, incorrect cell references and computational errors. This undertaking continues for the duration of the licence. Defects should be reported to hello@parxium.com quoting the order number.

Cosmetic defects — including spelling, labelling, formatting and presentation — are not considered to materially affect calculation output. Such matters will be addressed in subsequent versions and do not entitle the buyer to a refund.

Refunds are not available for change of mind, selection of an unsuitable model, inability to use the model, or results arising from inputs or assumptions supplied by the buyer.

Where a buyer is a consumer resident in the European Union or United Kingdom, statutory rights of withdrawal may apply. By completing a purchase and downloading the file, the buyer expressly requests immediate delivery and acknowledges the loss of any statutory right of withdrawal.

Nothing in this clause limits any right the buyer has under applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Terms of Service

  1. Digital product — no physical delivery.
  2. Single Project Licence — one buyer, one project; not transferable.
  3. Redistribution or resale strictly prohibited.
  4. Calculation Accuracy Guarantee: Parxium corrects, free of charge, any defect that materially affects calculation output, for the life of the licence (see Refunds & Corrections above). Cosmetic defects are addressed in later versions.
  5. Non-refundable once downloaded; no refund for change of mind, buyer input mistakes, or the wrong product selected.
  6. Parxium (OPC) Private Limited owns all intellectual property.
  7. Output quality depends on the buyer's inputs.
  8. Models are submitted to, used with, and reviewed by banks and institutions in the course of our work; Parxium makes no claim of approval or endorsement by any bank or institution, and does not guarantee approval.
  9. Referral programme: buyers earn 8% of a referred purchase as Parxium store credit (not cash); see the referral terms.
  10. Governing law: India. Disputes: Indian courts.

Enterprise Model Review Service

Enterprise-tier models are sold as a model plus a review service. In addition to the workbook, an Enterprise purchase includes the following, provided once per purchase:

  1. A 60-minute onboarding walkthrough call.
  2. A 90-minute review of the buyer's populated model.
  3. A written assumptions review with flagged issues, delivered within 5 business days of the buyer submitting their populated model.
  4. The review service is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. If the buyer does not submit their populated model within 90 days, the review service lapses; the workbook licence is unaffected.
  5. The review is an advisory review of the buyer's own assumptions and inputs. It is not investment, legal, or financial advice, and does not constitute or imply approval, endorsement, or a guarantee of funding by Parxium or any bank or institution.
