Privacy Policy

Data controller / data fiduciary. Parxium (OPC) Private Limited (CIN U58202TN2026OPC196509), No.1, Thangavel Colony, Vadapalani, Chennai - 600026, Tamil Nadu, India, is the controller responsible for your personal data. Contact: hello@parxium.com.

  1. Data collected: name, email, company, country, phone, billing address, project details, and any question you send us (all optional except name and email).
  2. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record; Paddle collects billing country and payment details directly. We do not store card details.
  3. Email used for: order confirmation, invoice, licence, model getting-started and review emails, referral notifications, and replies to your enquiries.
  4. No data sold to third parties.
  5. Cookies & analytics: essential cookies always; Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity load only if you accept analytics cookies on our consent banner (Google Consent Mode v2, default denied). You can change your choice any time via "Cookie preferences" in the footer.
  6. Legal basis for each purpose:
    • Performance of a contract — processing your order, issuing the invoice and licence, and delivering the download.
    • Legal obligation — retaining order and tax records for the period the law requires.
    • Consent — analytics cookies and any marketing email; you may withdraw consent at any time.
    • Legitimate interests — replying to your enquiries, preventing fraud and abuse, and securing the service.
  7. Your rights. We process personal data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023 and, for buyers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL); EU/UK visitors may exercise their GDPR rights. You may access, correct, delete, or ask us to stop processing your data, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
  8. International transfers. Parxium is based in India. Some processors we use — Paddle (payments), Google (analytics), Microsoft (analytics), and our email/hosting providers — may process data outside your country, including outside India and the EEA. Where this happens, transfers are covered by the processors' contractual data-protection commitments (such as standard contractual clauses) and their own compliance frameworks.
  9. Data retention: order records kept 7 years (tax compliance); other lead/enquiry data kept until you ask us to delete it.
  10. Buyer accounts: data held until an account deletion request.
