What makes a model bank-grade
A feasibility model is only as useful as a lender finds it. Every Parxium model is built to the structure a credit committee reads — the three statements, the coverage ratios, and the sensitivities behind them — and reviewed and version-controlled before it ships.
How a model flows, end to end
Assumptions drive revenue and costs; financing and depreciation shape the statements; the statements produce the metrics a lender turns a decision on; sensitivity shows how those hold under stress.
The short list a credit committee checks first
- DSCR — minimum and average debt-service coverage across the loan tenor.
- Project & equity IRR — returns against the cost of capital.
- Financing structure — gearing, drawdown, repayment profile.
- NPV / WACC — value created above the discount rate.
- Sensitivity — how the above move when price, volume and cost move.
- Cash adequacy — the project funds itself through ramp-up.
A business plan tells the story; the model is what the committee reads to decide whether the project can service its debt and return its equity. Parxium models present exactly these numbers, in the order lenders read them — we build to submission standard and make no claim of approval or endorsement by any institution.
From a real engagement to a standardised product
Every Parxium model starts from a real engagement model, then is de-identified, re-branded, standardised to one structure, and pressure-tested against the metrics a credit committee checks.
- Source. A model built for an actual project, submitted to and used with a bank or development institution.
- De-identify. Client names and confidential data are removed; the analytical engine is preserved.
- Standardise. Re-structured to the Parxium Standard — consistent cover, disclaimer, README, input convention (yellow/blue cells), and output pack.
- Review. Formulas, financing logic and the output pack are checked against the credit-committee short list above.
- Version. Each model carries a version and a last-reviewed date, shown on its product page, so what you buy is a known, dated build.
